When Hungarian cuisine is mentioned, the first thing that comes to mind is goulash with red pepper, which Hungarians use in almost every dish. Goulash, the soup we often consume, is the national flavor of the country. Despite being a country without a sea, the Hungarian cuisine, which includes various stews from beef, pork, chicken and game meats, as well as dishes using cream, cheese, honey and seasonal fruits, is also widely consumed in dishes prepared with ponty and fogas fish. Halászlé, fisherman's soup, and dobos cake, also known as dobostorta, are among the flavors you must taste. Of course, Hungarian wines and Unicum liqueurs are recommended for drinks.
Budapest, which is also the shopping capital of the country, has shopping centers, stores, markets and street stalls catering to all tastes.
