Jet2.com offers different check-in alternatives to meet the needs of passengers. Online and mobile check-in opens 28 days before flight departure and can be done up to 6 hours before departure. To check in, it is recommended to be at the airport at least 3 hours before departure, especially for international flights. Counter check-ins open at least 2.5 hours before departure and can be made up to 40 minutes before departure. Some airports have self check-in kiosks. You can check in and get your boarding pass without waiting in line. Another check-in service is Twilight check-in. This service is provided at some airports in the United Kingdom. On Jet2.com flights, you are allowed to carry hand luggage and small handbags with a maximum weight of 10 kilograms. Seat selection for Jet2.com flights can be made at the time of booking. The seat selection process can be completed for an extra fee by choosing a seat with extra legroom, emergency exit seats, or window seat. Jet2.com offers its guests sandwiches, pizza varieties, hot meals, delicious snacks, cold and hot beverage alternatives at affordable prices on its flights. Jet2.com menus also include vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free food options. Due to operational restrictions, hazelnuts, peanuts, diabetic and kosher restricted foods cannot be served on the aircraft. The menu also includes special food menus for children. You can place your food and beverage orders while making your ticket reservation or later from the Manage My Reservation section on the Jet2.com website. For flights shorter than 2 hours and 25 minutes, sandwiches can be ordered up to 6 days before the flight. For flights longer than 2 hours and 25 minutes, meal reservations can be made up to 48 hours before the flight.
