Phuket International Airport is an international airport located in the island of Phuket and the city of the same name, located in the south of Thailand.
The airport is located in the north of the island, 32 km from the city center of Phuket. Transportation from Frankfurt Airport to the City Center
Among the options to reach the city center from Frankfurt Airport are the suburban train, bus, taxi and car rental.
There are 2 train stations in the airport. Those who want to go to the city center should use the train station indicated by the letter S, and those who want to go to other cities in Germany should use the other train station. Lines S8 and S9 are trains to the city centre. Depending on the destination, it takes 20-45 minutes to reach the city center.
There is also a bus option to go from the airport to the city center. It takes 30 minutes to reach the city center by buses departing from terminals 1 and 2 of the airport.
It is possible to reach the city center in 15-30 minutes by using the taxis available at the airport arrivals terminal exit gate. During this time, the traffic density and the destination are also effective.
