Transportation from Verona Airport to the City Center
Verona Airport or Verona Villafranca Airport is also known as Valerio Catullo Airport. Along with Verona, the airport also welcomes passengers from the regions of Brescia, Mantua and Trentino-Alto Adige-Südtirol. For this reason, there are many different ways of transportation from the airport, which is used by approximately four million passengers annually, to the place you want to go.
One of them is the shuttle bus named Verona Airlink. This service, with line number 199, goes from the airport to the stop named Verona Airlink Stazione in Porta Nuova and thus connects the airport with Verona's main train station.
The bus leaves every 20 minutes and the journey takes an average of 15 minutes. You can buy your ticket from the application called Ticket Bus Verona App, from the exchange office on the arrival floor or from the ticket machine, or from the driver when you get on the bus. Within 75 minutes of activating your ticket, you can also use other city buses in Verona to transfer free of charge.

In addition, bus number 482, which operates only in the high season in summer, connects Lake Garda with the airport, while the seasonal shuttle, operating between December and March, connects the airport and the Trentino-Dolomites Ski Resort. You can see the bus stops on the right when you come out of the arrivals floor.
When you exit the arrivals floor and turn left, you will see the stop of the taxis authorized to pick up passengers from the airport. By using a taxi, you can travel the 12 km road to the city center in an average of 15 minutes. It is worth remembering that there is no Uber or similar application in Verona.
