The Old Synagogue, also known as Stara Synagoga, is located in Kazimierz District, which was an independent city from Krakow until the 18th century and was mostly inhabited by Jews. There are photo galleries of the Jews who lost their lives in the synagogue, which was built by King Kazimierz Wielki in 1335.

The Kraków Watchtower, built in the 16th century and surrounding the entrance to the city, was designed to be protected from enemy invasions. As one of the oldest market areas in Medieval Europe, there is a 15th century structure in Rynek Glowny Square, which is still in the heart of the city since 1257. Built on the square, Sukiennice is one of the oldest fabric markets in Europe. Sukiennice, which still sells jewellery, fabrics, handicrafts and ornaments, is one of the city's most popular shopping destinations. Do not forget to visit the St. Adalbert Church, an 11th-century structure, and the Basilica of the Virgin Mary, built in the 15th century, in the square. You can also visit the Clock Tower and the Rynek Underground, an archaeological museum, in the square.
