Transportation from Katowice International Airport to Katowice City Center
The city center is located approximately 40 km from Katowice Airport. There are different methods you can use to reach Katowice city center from Katowice International Airport.
For this journey, you can take the AP Linia Metropolitana bus departing from the airport and get off at the MDA Katowice stop after a 45-minute journey. The flights depart from each other every 30 minutes. Bus tickets are sold at the 1 Minute market in the terminal, at the ZTM Ticket machine and inside the bus. If you are going to buy your ticket from the bus driver, your only option is to pay with cash.
