Low-budget airline company Wizz Air offers free check-in via mobile phone and mobile app. The online check-in process, which starts 30 days before the flight, can be done until the last 3 hours before the flight. A fee varying between 10-30 € is charged for the check-in process at the airport counter.
Wizz Air Baggage Allowance and Pricing
All luggage, except hand luggage, is offered for sale at Wizz Air for a fee. The dimensions of the hand luggage are 42 X 32 X 25 cm. A fee is charged for hand luggage exceeding these dimensions. A fee between 15 € and 60 € is required for baggage purchases up to a maximum of 32 kilograms. The discounted amount is valid for purchases made through the call center or online.
Wizz Air Seat Selection
Free sitting system is applied in Wizz Air. It is free to sit on all seats on the plane, except for the emergency exit or some special seats. Therefore, the first to board the plane can pass to the front section. Seat selection is not possible during check-in. Selection is possible by paying an extra fee for special seats only.
