Viva Aerobus Check-in Procedures
You can check-in for your Viva Aerobus flight at the airport ticket office 2 hours to 45 minutes before departure for domestic flights and 3 hours to 45 minutes before departure for international flights.
Viva Aerobus Baggage Allowance and Pricing
Viva Aerobus allows each passenger to bring one piece of luggage as hand luggage, as long as each piece is 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm. Passengers can also carry a personal item such as a purse, briefcase, laptop bag or camera bag. The total weight of all three parts cannot exceed 10 kg. Viva Aerobus Seat Selection
By entering your details on the Viva Aerobus website, you can select any suitable seat up to 4 hours before your flight departure. If you do not choose any seat, automatic seat selection is made during check-in.
Viva Aerobus Ticketing Fee
There is no ticketing service charge on Viva Aerobus flights.
VivaAerobus Food, Beverage and Catering
Food and beverage service is provided for a fee throughout the flight. Food and drinks are reasonably priced; however, there is also a complimentary mini snack and beverage.
