Fidelys is Tunisair's passenger loyalty program that earns and saves miles as you fly. Membership in the program is free. To be included in the Fidelys program, it is possible to become a member via the online form on the Tunisair website. In order to earn and accumulate miles on Tunisair flights, it is necessary to specify the Fidelys membership number during the counter check-in or online check-in process.
Fidelys members determine their membership status based on the miles they have earned over the past 12 months. The Fidelys program entry status is Classic. As you earn miles, you get to Silver and Gold status. Program members can benefit from advantages such as extra baggage allowance, priority check-in service, flight class upgrade, free lounge service, discounts at member businesses, hotels and rent a car companies. Tunisair Baggage Allowance and Pricing
Baggage allowance and pricing at Tunisair are programmed according to distance. For Business Class passengers on flights to Europe and North Africa, 2 pieces of baggage not exceeding 23 kg and 2 pieces of hand baggage not exceeding 10 kg; Economy Class passengers are entitled to 1 piece of baggage not exceeding 23 kg and 1 piece of hand baggage not exceeding 8 kg. On Middle East, West Africa and North America flights, Business Class passengers carry 3 pieces of baggage not exceeding 23 kg and 2 pieces of hand luggage not exceeding 10 kg, Economy Class passengers 2 pieces of baggage not exceeding 23 kg and 1 piece of 8 kg. not exceeding the right of hand baggage.
Passengers with baggage above these limits need to purchase extra baggage allowance. Extra baggage allowance, which is charged according to the destination and region, can be purchased by paying between 100 and 300 Tunisian Dinars for each baggage not exceeding 23 kg.
