Transportation from the City Center to Luxembourg Findel Airport
Luxembourg is the capital of the country of the same name. Founded in the 10th century, the city has a rich history and an important location due to its location in the heart of Europe. The country is located in the middle of France, Germany and Belgium. To the south of Luxembourg is the Petrusse River, to the north by the Alzette River, and in the middle is the Luxembourg Castle with a medieval castle. The only airport in the city is the international Luxembourg Findel Airport, one of the busiest airports in Europe and the world.
There are bus, taxi and car rental options for those who want to reach Luxembourg Airport, which is only 6 km away from the city.
There are two different bus lines in public transportation, which is one of the most convenient options. You can buy your tickets from the ticket machines available. Eurobus bus number 16 departs every 10 minutes on weekdays and every 20 minutes on weekends. Buses number 29 run every 15 minutes on weekdays and 30 minutes on weekends.
Another option is taxis. There is no such thing as hauling a taxi from the road in Luxembourg. The places where you can find taxis are points such as the city center, airport and train station. The average fare between the airport and the central train station is 30€.
Alternatively, you can reach the airport in a short time by renting a car.

Transportation from Fuerteventura Airport to the City Center
Fuerteventura Airport, also known as Matorral Airport, is the main international airport of Fuerteventura, one of the most beautiful of the Canary Islands.
There are 3 bus lines that go between the airport and the city center, located 5 km southwest of Puerto del Rosario, the main city of Fuerteventura Island. You can decide which bus to take according to your destination, because each line continues to popular tourist spots after the city center.
The number 3 bus departs from Fuerteventura Airport and goes to Las Salinas, passing through Puerto del Rosario city center and departs every 15 minutes until 22:00, and hourly after 22:00. The number 10 bus goes from Fuerteventura Airport to the city center and from there to Morro Jable, but it only runs twice a day.
It is useful to check the hours of this line on the official website of the company (Tiadhe). Bus number 16, which also has a limited number of services, also passes through the city center on its way from Fuerteventura Airport to Gran Tarajal. Bus stops at Fuerteventura Airport are located on the ground floor near the exit doors.
To take a taxi from the airport to the city center of Fuerteventura Island, you can choose one of the official taxis waiting just outside the terminal. You can book a taxi by calling Taxis Fuerteventura at +34 928 850 216 or +34 928 855 432. However, taxis operate at different prices on different days of the week, so it is necessary to check the daily prices.
It takes 10 minutes to get to the city center, namely Puerto del Rosario, from Fuerteventura Airport by taxi. If you want a car waiting for you when you leave the airport, you can go to the city center with a private transfer from Fuerteventura Airport. Large tour sites such as Viator or Getyourguide have private transfer options with many vehicle types.
Many well-known companies such as Sixt, Avis, Hertz have car rental offices at Fuerteventura Airport, and most of them are located on the ground floor of the terminal. It is also a very pleasant and good option to visit the rest of the island by car. However, since you are renting from the airport, the prices may be a little higher than normal.
