The following announcement was made by Atlasglobal on December 15, 2019.
* As of today, our reservation portal has been put into service. Our flights will start again at 11.15 am on Saturday, 21 December 2019.
* All tickets for flights that could not be operated between 26 November - 21 December 2019 have been suspended. For your change requests regarding your canceled tickets, you can directly contact the agency you purchased your ticket from or send it to [email protected] with your PNR number.

Dear Passengers,
With the decision taken by our airline, we have entered the restructuring process in order to offer you a different flight experience. As of 26 November 2019, our operations were temporarily suspended until 21 December 2019.
Necessary determinations will be made by us until 15 December 2019 regarding the tickets purchased by our passengers, whose flight could not be performed during this period.
The procedures to be implemented regarding the return and change requests of our valued passengers will be announced on our website on 16 December 2019.

Operating under the Atlasglobal brand, Atlasjet Aviation A.Ş. On 14 March 2001, Öger Holding A.Ş. was founded by The airline, which was licensed to carry passengers and cargo on Domestic and International Flights with Non-scheduled Flights, made its first flight on 1 June 2001. The company, which started its flight operations with 2 Boeing B-757-200 type aircraft and bought the third aircraft of the same type in September 2001, added the fourth aircraft of the same type to its fleet in July 2003. By April 2004, Atlasglobal was restructured. On June 14, 2004, the company was licensed by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation to carry out "Passenger and Cargo Transport with Scheduled and Unscheduled Flights on Domestic and International Lines" and started scheduled domestic flights as of July 1, 2004.
After the latest developments in the tourism and aviation world, Atlasglobal became a member of IATA and received the IOSA registration, and decided to grow as a scheduled airline and accordingly increase the number of scheduled flights to 75-80% on domestic and international routes. In this context, it expanded its aircraft fleet and reached a total of 26 aircraft with 1 A319, 9 A320 and 16 A321 aircraft in total. Today Atlasglobal flies to 40 destinations and 21 countries. When and How to Check in Atlasglobal?
Passengers must be at the counter at least 1 hour before each flight. Boarding passes must be obtained 60 minutes before the flight. Online Check-in service is available for all flights between 48 hours and 90 minutes before departure time.
How much is Atlasglobal Baggage Allowance?
Free baggage allowance is applied as 20-40 kg for domestic flights and 20-40 kg for international flights according to the ticket schedule. Free hand baggage allowance is applied as 8 kg per passenger on all flights. In cases where the free baggage allowance is exceeded, a payment of 6 TL per kg for domestic flights and 7 € per kilogram for international flights is charged. The payment amount varies according to the destination. A more discounted rate is available when additional baggage is purchased online.
How is Atlasjet Seat Selection Made?
The selection of seats without special inscriptions can be made manually on the website free of charge. Seats at the emergency exits are not included in the selection and can be requested at the airport.
Atlasglobal Ticketing Fee
Passengers pay a ticketing service fee of 10 TL per ticket for domestic flights and 20 € or 20 $ depending on the fare rate for international flights. This amount may vary historically for tickets you buy to certain countries, such as Cyprus flight tickets or Ukraine flight tickets.
