Transportation from Amman City Center to Queen Alia International Airport
There are bus, taxi and car rental options to reach the airport from the city center of Amman. Work to connect the airport to Amman by rail is still in progress.
The first way to the airport is to use the services called Sariyah Airport Express Bus. It is possible to find these buses every 30-60 minutes. The route they follow is North Bus Station, Housing Bank Complex, Fourth Circle, Fifth Circle and Sevent Circle. Buses operate between 06:30 and 00:00 in the morning.
If you wish, you can easily reach the airport by taxi. Taxis in Amman generally operate at a flat rate.
Transportation from Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport to the City Center
Minneapolis Airport is the main airport and two terminals serving the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. The airport is located 16 km from both Saint Paul and Minneapolis city centres.
The best way to reach the city center from Minneapolis Airport is to take the light rail train called Blue Line. Fast and clean trains depart from both terminals every 10-15 minutes and pass through Mall of America. You can get on this train from the red and blue car park in Terminal 1, and from the north of the orange car park in Terminal 2. It is possible to buy tickets from the machines at the stops.
Another public transportation option to get to Minneapolis city center from the airport is bus 54, which departs from terminal 1. If you are getting off at Terminal 2, you can proceed to Terminal 1 using the free train service between the two terminals.
It takes 25 minutes to take a taxi from Minneapolis Airport to the city center. You can find taxi stands in both terminals as soon as you step outside. You can take a taxi 24/7 from the T floor in Terminal 1 and from Ground Transportation Center on the ground floor of Terminal 2.
By connecting to the free wifi in the arrivals terminal of Saint Paul Airport, you can easily reach Minneapolis city center by using the Uber and Lyft applications. Uber and Lyft vehicles pick up passengers from the 2nd floor in terminal 1 and from the ground floor in terminal 2.
Apart from public transportation and taxi, there is also the option of arranging a private transfer from Minneapolis Airport and going to the city center. You can get information about this from your hotel or you can make an online reservation. Be sure to inform the flight number and time in advance so that your transfer vehicle will continue to wait for you in case of a possible delay.
