Transportation from City Center to Adana Şakirpaşa Airport
With direct flight opportunities to different cities of Turkey and world, Adana Şakirpaşa Airport is the busiest airport of Eastern Mediterranean and Çukurova Region. This airport is open to air traffic since 1937 and it also connects cities like Adana, Mersin, Osmaniye to outer world. Transportation from Nis Great Constantine Airport to the City Center
Being a university city with a quarter-million population, Nis is always lively, an important transit center between Central Europe and the Middle East, and is a very pleasant city to visit with its history, restaurants and green parks. Nis planes land at Nis Great Constantine Airport, which is 4 km from the city center.
Nis Airport is also the second largest airport in Serbia. Although it is very close to the center compared to most European cities, unfortunately it is not possible to walk from the airport to the city.
There are two municipal buses departing from Nis Airport to the city center between 06:00 in the morning and 21:00 at night, every 15 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on weekends.
Both buses 34A and 34B go from Nis Airport to the city center and stop at both the central bus station and the train station. You can reach the city center in about 15 minutes with these buses. Tickets can also be purchased from the driver.
Apart from buses, it is also possible to reach Nis city center from the airport by taxi or private vehicle. Taxis are available 24/7 and most taxi drivers speak English. Although there are taximeters, sometimes there are taxis that negotiate prices with a pre-negotiation.
