Dear Guest, First of all, we appreciate your positive comments regarding the cleanliness of your room and the helpful attitude of our Reception Team. However, we do not agree with a significant portion of the statements made in your review. Our Food & Beverage operations are managed in accordance with daily occupancy levels, guest flow analysis, and operational planning. The seating and service capacity of our restaurants has been designed in line with the planned guest capacity of the property. Temporary congestion during peak dining hours is a natural occurrence in resort hotels with high occupancy and should not be interpreted as an indication of the overall quality of our services. Furthermore, all tableware, kitchen utensils, and service equipment used throughout our restaurants are regularly inspected and maintained in accordance with international food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Planned replacement and renewal programs are implemented whenever required. Therefore, the statement that outdated or unsuitable equipment is generally used at our property does not reflect our operational standards. We would also like to clarify your comment regarding first aid. Our hotel has a dedicated Health and First Aid Unit, fully equipped and operating in accordance with applicable regulations and international hospitality standards. Medical assistance and first aid services are provided through this specialized unit by trained personnel. Consequently, the absence of a separate first aid kit at the reception desk should not be interpreted as a deficiency in our health and safety procedures. At Orange County Hotels, all operational processes are conducted in accordance with international hospitality standards, our quality management system, and established service procedures. Therefore, we believe that the generalized statements contained in your review do not objectively reflect the service standards and operational practices of our property. Orange County Hotels CRM
