Electra Palace Thessaloniki

Your considerate feedback is valuable and very much appreciated at the same time. It is wonderful to know that the cleanliness of your room, the attentiveness of our team and our centrality all contributed to such a positive impression. Being described as an ideal choice for Thessaloniki is a compliment we value highly. Thank you for choosing the Electra Palace Thessaloniki, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back.

Thank you for your valuable feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We are delighted that you enjoyed our prime location in the heart of Thessaloniki. Being in the city center allows our guests to experience the energy and convenience of the area, although, as is common in central locations, some street noise may be heard when the balcony door is open. We appreciate your comments and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we understand that the room outlook did not meet your expectations and affected the overall impression of your stay. Please allow us to kindly clarify that the reservation concerned one of our Classic rooms, a category which overlooks the inner side of the building. These rooms are designed as a comfortable and practical base in the heart of Thessaloniki, often preferred by guests whose priority is easy access to the city, whether for leisure or business. At the same time, rooms with front or side sea view are presented as separate categories, precisely because the view is one of their defining features. When your concern was brought to our attention during the stay, when availability permitted, our team tried to assist and followed up with the available alternatives, including an option within the same category and another in a front-facing category. We understand, however, that given the remaining time of your stay, these options were not selected. Furthermore, although our windows and balcony doors have been upgraded to enhance sound insulation, noise perception may vary depending on the room orientation and each guest’s sensitivity. Your input has therefore been noted with care, as guest comfort remains very important to us. We hope that you were still able to enjoy your time in Thessaloniki and that we may have the opportunity to offer you a more fitting experience in the future.
