Location was perfect. The room was clean. Everyone was so welcoming. The room on the ground floor was small but nice. The train noise and lack of elavator was bad but they were all mentioned in hotel details, it was not a surprise. The hotel was all good for a maximum two day stay. No regrets at all.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us.
We’re delighted to hear that you appreciated our convenient location, found the room clean, and appreciated the welcoming service provided by our team.
We note your comment regarding the room size. As a boutique hotel, our rooms vary in layout throughout the property. Room sizes are mentioned on our website and booking platforms to provide guests with the relevant information before booking their stay.
We’re sorry to hear that the noise caused some discomfort during your stay. As a Grade II listed building and due to our close proximity to Paddington Station, some external noise may occasionally be heard and can travel through the building. This information is also outlined on our website to help guests plan their stay accordingly.
Regarding lift access, due to the nature and character of our Grade II listed building, we do not have an elevator. This information is provided on our website so guests are aware before booking their stay.
We’re pleased to know that, despite the comments mentioned, you felt your stay was a positive experience overall. Thank you once again for your kind feedback, and we hope to welcome you back to St David’s Hotels in the future.
Warm Regards,
St David's Hotels Team

Dear Guest,
Thank you very much for your review and for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re pleased to hear that you found the room clean, appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of our staff, and enjoyed our excellent location close to public transport and shops. We’re also glad the fan provided in the room added to your comfort during your stay.
We’re sorry to hear that some aspects of the stay did not fully meet your expectations. As noted prior to booking, our hotel is a historic Grade II listed building in central London, and room and bathroom layouts can vary in size and configuration. Due to the nature of the building, some sound transfer between rooms may occasionally occur.
We truly value your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future.
Kind regards,
St David's Hotel Team
