Nueva Vida de Ramiro

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. As you mentioned, your visit took place during our low season. During this period, some of our services and facilities operate on a limited schedule due to significantly lower occupancy levels. However, we understand that this may not have been clear enough before your arrival, and we appreciate your comments as they help us identify areas where we can improve communication with future guests. Regarding the wildlife, the area where our hotel is located is surrounded by nature, and encounters with local wildlife such as raccoons can occasionally occur. While these animals are generally harmless, we understand that this may have caused concern and contributed to your decision to leave shortly after check-in. We regret that you did not have the opportunity to experience the hotel and its surroundings during your stay. Our team remained available to assist throughout your visit, and we are sorry that we were unable to address your concerns before your departure. Your feedback is valuable and will be taken into consideration as we continue working to improve the guest experience and ensure that expectations are clearly communicated during the booking process. We appreciate your comments and wish you all the best in your future travels. Kind regards, Management Team

Thank you very much!! We hope to see you soon
