Matilde Boutique Hotel, WorldHotels Elite

Dear Ayten, thank you very much for your review and for spending your time on it! We really appreciate the rate you decided to assign to us! It represents for us a great reward for our everyday work and gives us the right energy to keep improving. We are very happy to hear you had such a great experience in our Boutique Hotel! We are glad that you enjoyed so much all that we offer. We would like to thank you for the lovely words spent on our staff. We always do our best to give our guests the best possible service. Our primary goal is to make them feel at home, welcomed and coddled; and with guests like you it's not just a job, but a pleasure! We would like to thank you for the comments about our amazing location. Our Hotel is 100m from the magnificent Duomo Cathedral and this location allows to reach all the must-see places in Milan just by walk. Unfortunately, due to our amazing location, it may happen during the day and the night time to hear the noise of the tram. Our Hotel is 100m from the magnificent Duomo Cathedral, located exactly at the heart of the city center of Milan. Despite that, in order to avoid any inconveniences linked to noises coming from the street, all our rooms are soundproofed, and we also put earplugs in the room. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the room change during your stay. Unfortunately, the original reservation was made for two guests, and the third guest was not expected. Despite this, we did our best to accommodate all of you, even though all of our triple rooms were fully booked for the dates of your stay. We appreciate your understanding and your kind words about the rest of your experience, which we are very happy to hear was wonderful. Your feedback is valuable to us and helps us continue improving our service. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.
