Majestic Mykonos

Dear Dilek, hello. Thanks for your feedback, although we are surprised at the rating you gave us. We firmly believe that the opinion of our guests is a very important help in our continuous effort to improve our hotel! As we mentioned above, we are surprised that you had such a bad experience during your stay, when our guests in the past have never rated us so low, and have given us the privilege of having review scores in Mykonos above 8.7 /10. If you also check all our previous reviews, you will see that we have no complaints about the area or the location, the functionality and the layout of the hotel in general. It is a fact that we are a new accommodation, with 1 year of operation and we certainly try to constantly improve any failures that occur and at the same time to constantly upgrade our services. George, our manager along with the rest of our team, is always there to listen to any comments from our customers and immediately intervene and provide solutions. And if you didn't like the room layout, you could have reported that directly to our manager, or to our reservations team which constantly monitors the requests of our guests. It is certain that they would have acted immediately and given a solution. In any case we hope that we will have the opportunity to host you again in the future and change your mind about these issues you mentioned which led you to rate us so unfairly low. Our best wishes for a wonderful rest of your summer vacation and we hope to host you again in the future.
