Dear Rustu Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are disappointed to read your comments, especially as our team, including Vincent, our Guest Services Manager, acted promptly to resolve the concerns you raised during your stay. The rooms initially allocated to you are located on our ground floor. They remain comfortable, functional, and fully meet brand and safety standards, but we understand that ground floor accommodation may not suit everyone, as this is very much a matter of personal preference. As soon as you expressed your dissatisfaction, an alternative room was offered immediately, along with a complimentary breakfast as a gesture of goodwill. However, you chose not to move rooms, which we fully respected. Regarding your comments about the front desk team, this feedback is surprising to us. Our staff usually receive excellent comments, as reflected in many of our other reviews. Nevertheless, we take any concern seriously, and your comments will be investigated to ensure our service remains consistent with our high standards. We are also sorry to hear that breakfast did not meet your expectations. It is generally very well received by our guests, but we will ensure your comments are shared with our kitchen team for review. Thank you again for your feedback. Warm regards, Chelsea McKinnon Guest Services Supervisor Hotel Indigo Edinburgh
