Hôtel du Dauphin

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to read that you found an issue with the bed linen. Had this been reported to our reception during your stay, we would have replaced the sheets immediately. While such situations can occasionally occur despite our quality controls, all of our bed linen is regularly renewed and is not old or worn. Regarding your comments about the hotel's condition, we would like to clarify that the property underwent a complete redesign and refurbishment two years ago. The décor intentionally follows a vintage and classic style. We understand that personal tastes vary, and this particular design concept may simply not have matched your preferences. As for the €50 deposit requested at check-in, this is a standard security deposit applicable to all guests and is clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions. It is intended to cover any potential issues that may arise during the stay and is fully refunded upon departure when no damages or incidents are reported. Finally, while we regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, we are pleased to read that you enjoyed the beauty of the city. Kind regards,

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The cleanliness of our rooms and bedding is an absolute priority for us: every duvet, sheet, and cover is regularly cleaned and inspected according to strict standards. We are therefore truly sorry that you felt otherwise. However, no concerns were reported to us during your stay or at check-out, which would have allowed us to immediately verify the situation and provide you with an appropriate solution. For this reason, we are a little surprised by the severity of your rating. Nevertheless, we value your feedback and sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with a fully satisfying experience. Kind regards, Hotel Management Christine GEORGES PAUGET
