FOUND Hotel Carlton, Nob Hill

Nazik geri bildiriminiz için teşekkür ederim.

Dear Bilal, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the security deposit, this information is listed on both our website and third-party booking platforms. We would also like to clarify that we are a completely cashless hotel, so we do not accept cash deposits. During check-in, our front desk team worked to accommodate you after understanding you had a stressful day, and the standard $300 deposit requirement was reduced to $200 as a courtesy. Deposit refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically take anywhere from 2–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. This timeframe was explained during check-in. As for housekeeping, our service is provided every other day. During your stay, the Do Not Disturb sign was displayed on your door, which prevented our housekeeping team from entering the room. However, fresh towels and additional amenities are always available upon request through the front desk at any time. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both communication and guest experience moving forward.
