Dominic Smart & Luxury Suites - Edition

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you highlighting our central location and our dedication to keeping the property spotlessly clean, but we are truly sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay fell short of your expectations. We would like to clarify that we operate as a boutique apartment and mini-suite accommodation rather than a traditional full-service hotel. This allows us to provide prime, central locations at an accessible value, though it does mean we do not feature an on-site breakfast or a 24-hour physical front desk. We apologize if this layout, or our 5th-floor reception desk, caused any confusion. Your comfort is our top priority, and we are deeply concerned to hear that our beds caused you back pain. We take mattress quality very seriously and only provide the best possible mattracess. Regarding our check-out procedure, while our reception staff officially opens at 9:00 AM, we always offer express contact-free checkout options for guests departing early. We regret that this was not communicated clearly to you. Thank you again for your candid feedback. It helps us understand where we can improve our guest experience.

Thank you for your nice words, our dedication to our guests always comes first. It was such a pleasure welcoming and hosting you, we are glad that Dominic was your choice and we sure hope for another visit from you! Best wishes until we meet again!

Thank you for being our dear guest and we hope to have a lot more visits from you! Best wishes from your friend Dominic!
