Cheltenham Chase Hotel & Spa

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet expectations, especially given the standards you rightly anticipated. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced upon arrival and the delay at reception. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how first impressions matter. Your comments regarding staffing levels have been noted and will be reviewed carefully. We also regret the disruption caused by the elevators being out of service during your stay. Having to carry luggage without assistance is certainly not acceptable, and we appreciate you highlighting this so we can address both maintenance responsiveness and guest support in such situations. Your feedback about the room amenities, including the absence of bathrobes, slippers, and pillow options, is very valuable. These are important touches that contribute to comfort, and we will take this into consideration as we review our offerings. We’re sorry the breakfast did not meet your expectations as well. Variety and freshness are key priorities, and your comments will be shared with our team for improvement. On a positive note, we’re glad you were able to enjoy the spa facilities and the peaceful surroundings. It’s encouraging to hear that these aspects of your stay stood out. Thank you again for your honest feedback. It helps us identify areas where we need to improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future. Kind Regards Cheltenham Chase Hotel And Spa
