Chesscom Hotel

Dear Sevval, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are truly sorry to read that noise issues affected your rest and that you were unable to sleep well during your stay. We understand how important a quiet environment is, especially at night and in the morning, and we regret that this was not the case for you. We apologize for the disturbance caused by sounds from neighboring rooms and for the cleaning noise in the morning. Our housekeeping team works according to a schedule to prepare rooms for arriving guests, but we understand that this can be inconvenient, and your feedback is very important to us. We will review our procedures and look for ways to minimize noise and improve comfort for our guests. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We are sorry that your experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate your honesty as it helps us improve. Kind regards, Chesscom Hotels & Apartments

Dear our valued “Guest”, Thank you for your detailed feedback regarding your recent stay in our hotel. At the same time, I am really sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the competence of our services. I have investigated your case and let us explain our side as well: I would like to kindly inform you that the check-in time is from 2 pm, this information can be found on our Expedia.com site and in the confirmation e-mail as well. Kindly note, it is possible to check-in earlier, however it is subject to availability and it has an extra costs of 10 EUR. We did not receive any request from you regarding early check-in, nevertheless you arrived at 11:30 am and our receptionist informed you about the extra charge. Our manager on duty went up to check your room whether it was clean. The room was ready by noon, so we waived the early check-in fee for you. During your stay, we didn’t receive any complain from you about nothing. Moreover, to the best of our knowledge none of our guests got sick or ill. Unfortunately we don’t have potatoes in our kitchen, however our receptionist boiled some potatoes for you when you got some. Most of the staff at reception or even at management work at Chesscom for many years and we all always try to provide good customer service for everyone. We always do our best to solve problems, fulfill guest requests or wishes and handle unexpected situations, however we didn’t know that you were not satisfied with the room. I wish you had mentioned this issue here on spot, we could have offered you an other room. In spite of your negative scores, I do hope that you had a nice time in Budapest. I wish you all the best, Sincerely, Ms Andrea Pálfi, Guest Relations Manager
