B&B Central Station Napoli

I have stayed in many hotels and guesthouses in many parts of the world, but I have never experienced a stay as terrible and nightmarish as this B&B "hotel" before. During the humid night heat of Naples, our room warmed up to 31 degrees Celsius, and our air conditioner was broken for exactly 3 days. Every time we complained, they said "we will look into it, we will check it," but they did absolutely nothing. We couldn't even open the window because of the mosquitoes, and there was no mosquito net on the window. (I was also worried that the packs of giant rats I saw among the garbage piles below would climb up and get inside.) I believe the AC was already broken before we arrived, and the hotel management simply did not care at all. The internet only existed in the Hotels.com listing; while we were there, there wasn't even a Wi-Fi network available. Every day they said "we apologize for tomorrow," but of course, nothing was fixed. The mini-fridge was broken too; far from cooling anything, it was heating up the room even more. On the last day, seeing that it wouldn't get any better, we fled the hotel and moved to another place, despite having already paid for it. As a side note, despite reporting this issue 3 times while still in Naples, Hotels.com customer service was not helpful at all. I am saying it again: Do not even think about staying in this place run by such disrespectful people.
