Avra Hotel

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We appreciate your comments and want to address a few points.Firstly, we understand that food culture is a significant preference for you, and we're sorry to hear that our offerings did not meet your expectations. We continually strive to accommodate various dietary needs and will take your feedback into consideration.Regarding the location, we're pleased that you found it nice. While the city center of Thessaloniki is indeed about 30-35 minutes away, we believe this is not a considerable distance. Guests can conveniently reach the city center by taxi, public transport, or even by boat. Unfortunately, we cannot make this distance any shorter, but we hope these options provide flexibility and ease of access for our guests.Thank you again for your valuable feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.Best regards

Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're pleased to hear that you found the room clean and that you were satisfied with the price-performance ratio. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the room size and noise from adjacent rooms. We understand the importance of a comfortable and quiet stay and will take your comments into consideration for future improvements.Regarding the lack of a kettle, you could request without any charge from the front desk and regarding parking, we can always remind guesys that they can park in front and the side of the hotel and the nearby streets with safety. The parking in front of the hotel is limited, but people usually find many places around and park safely. There is also available a public parking just one block from the hotel. You will not have any issue finding parking space. We're glad you appreciated our proximity to the beach, although we understand that the distance from the city center may have been less convenient for you.Thank you again for your review, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an improved experience in the future.Best regards,
