Athens Key Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. While we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our convenient location, found the hotel generally clean, appreciated the complimentary breakfast, and were comfortable with the bed and pillows, we are disappointed to learn about the numerous shortcomings you experienced during your stay. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding your room category. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we will review the circumstances surrounding your reservation and check-in process. We also regret the repeated inconveniences related to missing and unrefilled amenities, including water, coffee, hand wash, shampoo, and slippers. While we are glad our team responded to your requests, these items should have been properly stocked and replenished without requiring you to contact reception multiple times. Additionally, we apologize for the housekeeping issues, particularly the failure to replace used towels and fully service the room. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping management team for immediate review and corrective action. We are especially concerned by your observations regarding the service and hygiene practices at the rooftop garden, as well as the breakfast shortcomings. Professional, attentive service and proper food-handling procedures are essential standards, and your feedback will be addressed directly with the relevant department managers. We appreciate your constructive comments, as they help us identify areas where we need to improve. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity in the future to provide the high standard of hospitality that our guests expect and deserve.
