Anna Studios

Although our reservation at Anna Studios had been fully confirmed, when we arrived we were informed that there was no room available for us. Even worse, without our consent, we were sent to another property called Jimmy's Apartments, which was of a much lower standard. Despite paying more than €100, the accommodation we were given was completely unacceptable. When we raised our concerns, the staff responded irresponsibly by saying, "We are not even affiliated with Hotels.com," and offered no solution whatsoever. The room had numerous serious issues: There was no hot water. The room smelled strongly of mold and dampness. The bathroom sink was clogged and would not drain properly. The balcony and chairs were extremely dirty and poorly maintained. Although the view was beautiful, it was impossible to enjoy it. The smell inside the room was so bad that we had to leave the windows open for 30 to 60 minutes before we could even stay inside. I have taken photos documenting all of these problems. What was supposed to be a peaceful one-night vacation turned into a terrible experience because of the poor conditions, lack of hygiene, and complete absence of customer service. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this property.

Tavsiye ederim.
