Acostar Hotel

Dear Dila, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely appreciate your insights, as they help us improve. We’re glad to hear you found our bathroom clean and modern, and that our central location—close to the tram and major attractions—added convenience to your stay. However, we deeply regret that several aspects fell short of your expectations. We acknowledge the challenges you faced with the room’s limited space, lack of air conditioning, and ventilation issues. While our historic building’s structure limits some modern upgrades, we are actively exploring solutions to improve airflow and comfort, such as servicing fans more frequently and providing clearer guidance on window use. The noise from the nearby bar is a known concern, and we’re in discussions with local businesses to mitigate this. We also apologize for the housekeeping oversight with the sheets—this is not our standard, and we’ve reinforced training to ensure linen changes occur as required. Regarding the coffee machine and elevator limitations, we’re addressing maintenance protocols and will clearly communicate any service interruptions upfront. We understand these inconveniences impacted your experience, and we’re committed to resolving them. Your comfort is our priority, and we’d welcome the opportunity to make amends. Please reach out to our management team directly if you plan to return, as we’d love to offer a more seamless stay. Thank you again for your candor. Safe travels, and we hope to have another chance to impress you. Warm regards, Team Acostar Hotel
