Transportation from the City Center to Sivas Airport
Sivas Nuri Demirağ Airport is located on the Merakum Hill, 22 km to the northwest of Sivas. Transportation from the city center to Sivas Airport is possible by private car, taxi, municipal bus and HAVAŞ options.
The city bus allocated by Sivas Municipality departs from the bus stop next to the Intercity Bus Terminal, 1 hour and 55 minutes before the flight departure time, in order to facilitate mutual transportation between the city center and the airport by following the route of the Intercity Bus Terminal, City Center and Airport for all passengers using the airport.
Another option, HAVAŞ shuttles, departs from the Grand Hotel and takes passengers to the airport in approximately 40 minutes. In addition, there are two flights a day for passengers arriving from Tokat city center. Transportation from Sochi International Airport to Sochi City Center
Sochi International Airport is located on the Black Sea coast as one of the largest airports in Russia. Access to the city center from the airport, which is 30 km away from the city center, is very easy thanks to Russia's strong railway infrastructure.
In this context, the express train named Swallow is one of the most suitable options for transportation to the city center of Sochi. The journey takes 45 minutes and ends at Sochi Train Station. You can take the express train from the airport or you can choose normal passenger trains.
Apart from the airport stop, the train stops at some important stops, respectively, Adler, Khosta and Matsesta. Hours vary depending on the train you take. You can reach many parts of the city, including the city center, by buses departing from the airport. To go to the city center, follow the "To Sochi" signs on the ground and take the bus numbered 105 or 105s. Although there are differences in the routes and stops of these two lines, the last stop of both is Moremall Shopping Center. The journey takes about an hour under normal conditions.
Sochi Airport is approximately 30 km from the city center. If you don't want to go this route by taxi or bus, renting a car from the airport is always among the options. Since some of the global credit cards do not work in Russia, it is a good idea to check your payment options before you go.
