Santiago–Rosalía de Castro Airport, also known as Santiago De Compostela Airport, is an international airport serving the Galicia region in northern Spain. While its previous name was Lavacolla Airport, with a change made in 2020, the airport was named after the Galician poet and writer Rosalía de Castro.

Bus number 1 runs between the airport, the capital city and the island's tourist center, Puerto de Mogán. There are voyages to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria between 05.25 and 02.45 on weekdays, between 05.30 and 02.45 on weekends (in high season) every 20 minutes, and to Puerto de Mogan between 05:00 and 23:30. The bus stop is located just outside the arrivals floor.
The easiest way to reach the city center from the airport is to take a taxi from the taxi stand located on the ground floor. Las Palmas is reached after a journey of 21 kilometers between the airport and the city center and approximately 20 minutes under normal traffic conditions.
