Las Palmas Gran Canaria, or less commonly known as Gando Airport, serves as the sole airport of Spain's Gran Canaria Island. Buses are used as the only public transportation way from the airport to the city center.
Bus number 1 runs between the airport, the capital city and the island's tourist center, Puerto de Mogán.
