Transportation from the City Center to King Khaled International Airport
Several different alternatives can be used to get to the airport from the city center. The most used transportation alternative to go from the city center to the airport is the metro. On the other hand, people who want to have a faster and more comfortable journey may prefer taxi and car rental services.
Taxi

Transportation from Porto Airport to the City Center
Porto is located in the south of Portugal, on the banks of the Duoro River. Porto, the capital of the province of the same name, is the most important industrial point of the country. The city center, located north of the Duora River, is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Porto's world-famous product, Port wine, is made with grapes from the vineyards lined along the Duoro River. Another option for those who prefer public transportation is the metro line. The purple Line E lines serve at intervals of 20-30 minutes between 06:00 in the morning and 01:00 at night. You can use the 24-hour taxis to reach the city center from Porto Airport easily. Note that night and weekend rates are different for taxis.
