Transportation from Quito City Center to Quito Airport
Although Mariscal Sucre International Airport is approximately 40 km from the city of Quito, it is quite easy to reach by using various vehicles in the city.

Taxis are the most popular option for transportation from Piarco International Airport to Port of Spain by bus. You can take the taxis waiting at the arrivals gate of the airport and go to any point in the city center when their turn comes.
Taxis on the island have fixed fares that are determined according to certain distances. Before getting into the taxi, you can see how much you will pay on the information board. Before getting into the taxi, make sure you agree with the driver about your destination and the fare. Make a note of the license plate of the taxi, just in case.
