This airport, which facilitates transportation from other regions to nearby cities that do not have airports in Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia, is currently only open to domestic flights.
If you want to go directly to the city center after getting off at Şırnak Şerafettin Elçi Airport, which was built on an area of 3,50 square meters on the İdil - Cizre highway, taxis are the most convenient vehicle you can use, because in order to use other public transportation vehicles, you must first go to Cizre and transfer to the center from there. .
