Public transportation vehicles serving between the airport and the city center are operated by the Utah Transit Authority (UTA). UTA buses serve every day of the week between 05:15 and 20:15, at one-hour intervals. It takes 30 minutes to go from the airport to the city center by bus, and you have to pay 2.5 dollars per person for this journey.

Taxi
Another quick and convenient way to get to downtown Salt Lake City is to take a taxi. You can reach the city center within 15 minutes by taxis waiting for passenger pick-up in front of the airport exit gate. Taxis serving two different regions are divided into Zone 1 and Zone 2. Zone 1 includes the airport perimeter and the western wing of the city. The eastern side of the city falls within the scope of Zone 2.
