Transportation from City Center to Mardin Airport
One of Turkey's most impressing cities Mardin is located in the Southeastern Anatolian Region. Operating since 1999, Mardin Airport is 20 km away from the city center. Even though there's an International Flights Terminal in the airport, there're only domestic flights to Mardin. There're direct flights to Mardin from many cities of Turkey. The airport is located 30 minutes away from the city center.
You can take the Kızıltepe Minibuses departing from Diyarkapı Gate in order to get to the Mardin Airport from the city center. If you get off at Kızıltepe, all buses going in the Mardin direction will take you to the airport. You'll see the airport 100 meters away when you get off the minibus.
If you like to go with your private car, it's possible to get to the airport within 10-15 minutes by using Mardin-Kızıltepe highway and going in Kızıltepe direction. There's an 54 car capacity open parking lot in Mardin Airport and the tariff is standard as in every airport in Turkey.

Transportation from Katowice International Airport to Katowice City Center
The city center is located approximately 40 km from Katowice Airport. There are different methods you can use to reach Katowice city center from Katowice International Airport.
For this journey, you can take the AP Linia Metropolitana bus departing from the airport and get off at the MDA Katowice stop after a 45-minute journey. The flights depart from each other every 30 minutes. Bus tickets are sold at the 1 Minute market in the terminal, at the ZTM Ticket machine and inside the bus. If you are going to buy your ticket from the bus driver, your only option is to pay with cash.
Matuzsek Transport is another way to get to the city center. Although the company does not have a specific timetable, they raise a shuttle for each plane that landed. Even if your flight is delayed, the shuttle is waiting for the passengers on the plane. The shuttle, which arrives at Katowice Central Train Station approximately 45 minutes after taking off, is a very good option for transportation to the city center.
There is a taxi rank in all 3 terminals of Katowice Airport. From here, you can take a taxi and reach the center in approximately 40 minutes under normal traffic conditions. Since there are pirate taxis circulating around the airport, it is useful to check the meter before getting on and ask for an average price. Uber is also a safe option to go to Katowice city centre.
