Transportation from City Center to Mardin Airport
One of Turkey's most impressing cities Mardin is located in the Southeastern Anatolian Region. Operating since 1999, Mardin Airport is 20 km away from the city center. Even though there's an International Flights Terminal in the airport, there're only domestic flights to Mardin. There're direct flights to Mardin from many cities of Turkey. You can take the Kızıltepe Minibuses departing from Diyarkapı Gate in order to get to the Mardin Airport from the city center. If you get off at Kızıltepe, all buses going in the Mardin direction will take you to the airport. You'll see the airport 100 meters away when you get off the minibus.
If you like to go with your private car, it's possible to get to the airport within 10-15 minutes by using Mardin-Kızıltepe highway and going in Kızıltepe direction. There's an 54 car capacity open parking lot in Mardin Airport and the tariff is standard as in every airport in Turkey.
If you like to use the taxi, you can get a taxi from everywhere in the city and the fee changes between 30 and 50 liras.
