One of Turkey's oldest airports Malatya Airport (Erhaç Airport) was first opened in 1941 where now called Battalgazi and is operating in its current location since 1984. There're scheduled flights to Malatya Airport everyday of the week. It's open to international flights since 2007.

Transportation from Ashgabat Airport to the City Center

When you arrive at Ashgabat Airport, you can reach the city center in approximately 35 minutes with buses numbered 1 and 22 departing from the bus stops at the exit of terminal 2. The bus ticket costs 0.3 manat. The last bus to the city center leaves at 23:00.
