Libyan Airlines, formerly known as Libyan Arab Airlines (Libyan Arab Airlines), is Libya's oldest, mile and largest airline. The most important point that can be said about Libyan Airlines is that the entire company belongs to the Libyan State. Founded in 1965, the headquarters of the company is at Tripoli International Airport in Tripoli, the capital of Libya. While most of the flights of the cargo and passenger transportation company depart from Tripoli International Airport, its office at Benina International Airport in Bengazi serves as the company's second hub. Baggage Allowance and Pricing
Libyan Airlines has two different passenger categories, Business and Economy class. The maximum baggage allowance for passengers who will fly in economy class is 30 kg. Passengers who will fly in business class have 40 kg baggage allowance. Cabin baggage dimensions are limited to 8 kg, one for both classes. Cabin baggage dimensions should not exceed 23*40*55 cm. Safe bags such as fire bags, hand tools containing lithium batteries, matches, lighters and easily flammable sprays are on the banned list for security reasons.
