Transportation from the City Center to Gran Canaria Airport
Las Palmas is considered the touristic center of Gran Canaria Island and many buses depart from Las Palmas to the airport. Line 1 and line 60 of these buses are known as the lines that run the most frequently to the airport. You can easily reach the airport with flights that run every 20 minutes during the high season. The journey takes approximately 45 minutes.
There are bus services from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria direction to the airport between 05.25 and 02.45 on weekdays, between 05.30 and 02.45 on weekends (in high season) every 20 minutes, and from Puerto de Mogan to the airport between 05.00 and 23.30.
On the island, the easiest way to reach the airport is to take a taxi. You can find taxi stands in many parts of the city, especially in touristic areas. Taxis arrive at the airport, which is 20 kilometers away, in about 20 minutes.
Private transfers that you can arrange from tourism agencies, which you will find many on the island, leave you comfortably from the door of your hotel to the airport door.
Transportation from Lima Jorge Chávez Airport to the City Center
There are airport shuttles, hotel transfer, taxi and car rental options for transportation to the city center, which is 11 kilometers from Lima Jorge Chávez Airport.
Shuttle services are the most preferred means of transportation by tourists to go from the airport to the city center. The shuttles departing from the airport exit reach the city center in approximately 40 minutes. Those who want to use the service alone pay $ 25. The service is more advantageous if it is held as a group of 3-4 people.
Many hotels in Lima offer private transfer services to the airport. For detailed information and price, you can contact the hotel where you will stay.
Transportation to the city center is provided by green taxis at the terminal exit. There are also free taxi drivers who offer to take you around the airport at more affordable prices; but we do not recommend using free taxis as it is not safe.
It is possible to reach the city center and around Lima by private car by renting a car from the car rental companies located at the airport exit.
