Transportation from City Center to Kayseri Erkilet Airport
Kayseri Erkilet Airport is located on the west side of the city and is only 5 km away from the city center. The airport serves both for international and domestic flights and is open to civil air traffic since 1998. Preferred by tourists because of its closeness to Ürgüp and Cappadocia, Erkilet Airport has many flights everyday both domestic and international.
You can use private car, taxi, public buses and HAVAŞ shuttles to get to the Erkilet Airport from the city center.

Transportation from Uytash Airport to the City Center
bus
It is possible to access both city centers from the airport by bus, but the buses do not have regular operating hours. For this reason, buses are not among the most preferred transportation options. All buses passing in front of the airport pass through the city centers of Makhachkala and Kaspiysk. The journey takes 30 minutes for Makhachkala and approximately 20 minutes for Kaspiysk. Passengers are charged 50 rubles per person for transportation.
Taxi
Since the airport is close to Kaspiysk and Makhachkala city centers, it is frequently preferred by passengers to use a taxi for transportation. You can request a taxi from the help desk in the airport. In addition, it is possible to reach the airport via the taxi stand located opposite the exit gate of the airport. It takes approximately 20 minutes to reach Makhachkala city center from Uytaş Airport by taxi. This time is around 10 minutes for Kaspiysk city center. No night or weekend tariffs are applied to the taxis with which the airport has a contract. Passengers have to pay 500 rubles for transportation to Makhachkala city center and 300 rubles for Kaspiysk city center.
