Ganja is the second largest city of Azerbaijan after the capital Baku. It is located on both sides of the Ganja Stream, 360 km west of Baku. The name of this historical city was changed to Elizavetpol in honor of the Tsar's wife during the Russian Empire, and it is known by this name especially by the Russians.
