Transportation from Surabaya Juanda International Airport to the City Center
Surabaya Airport, Indonesia's second largest airport, is connected to the city center by a toll highway, and the 20 km long road can take over an hour when there is traffic.
You can buy a fixed-price taxi voucher from the taxi booths at the airport and take a taxi from Surabaya Airport to the city center. However, if you prefer to take the toll highway to save time, the toll fee is requested as an extra. Although it is not a preferred method, there are three buses from Surabaya Airport to the city. The buses operated by DAMRI are air-conditioned and very comfortable.
