Transportation from City Center to Colombo Airport
The distance between Colombo city center and Bandaranaike Airport is 32 kilometers. You can use bus, taxi and car rental options to reach the airport from the city center.
The most economical method of transportation from the city center to the airport is buses. Buses numbered 187-E3 serve on the airport route from the city center. It is not possible to find a bus after midnight. Transportation takes an average of 30 minutes.
