Transportation from the City Center to Brisbane BNE Airport
Airtrain is the most preferred, economical and fast alternative to reach the airport from Bribane city center. These trains run every 15 minutes during peak hours and every 30 minutes during normal times. Trains run between 05.04 - 22.04 on weekdays and between 06.04 - 22.04 on weekends.
No cash payments are accepted on trains. You can buy the tickets for the trains from the toll booths or get on them using your Translink Go card. If you came to the city from the airport by Airtrain, and you bought your ticket online, you are lucky because your return trip is a gift from the Airtrain company. The easiest but somewhat costly option to reach the airport from Brisbane city center is a taxi. If you see an empty taxi, you can stop and get on or call a taxi to your address. It is useful to know that an additional price is paid for the latter.

Transportation from Papeete Faa'a International Airport to the City Center
The capital of Papeete, Tahiti and the main international airport of French Polynesia, Faa'a Airport is located here. All international flights to French Polynesia land at this airport, located 5 km southwest of Papeete city centre, and passengers are usually greeted with music and flowers.
If airport transfer is not included in your tour package, you can use a bus, taxi or rent a private car from Papeete Airport to the city center.
If you arrived before 10 PM and you are in good physical strength, exit the terminal and cross the parking lot with your suitcase to the other side of the parking lot, and after climbing the stairs to the street, stop a passing bus.
In this way, you can go to the city at a very cheap cost. It takes 8 minutes to get to the city center from Papeete Airport by bus, and the bus passes every 15 minutes. The bus stops by the market place in downtown Papeete. It also drops passengers at two different points on the road.
To go from the airport to Papeete city center by taxi, you can take a taxi from the taxi stand just outside the arrivals terminal. Taxis in Tahiti do not have a meter, but the tariffs are clear and there is a list in each vehicle. By the way, there is a difference between day prices and night prices. If you arrive after 10 am, there is no other means of transportation other than taxi until 6 am.
Car is the most used means of transportation in Tahiti. You can get to the city center by renting a car from Papeete Airport, but keep in mind that most cars will be manual transmission.
After exiting the airport, take Route 1 and follow the Route 5 signs to reach Papeete city centre.
