Ancak 1977\u2019de Los Rodeos Havaliman\u0131\u2019nda iki u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n pist \u00fczerinde \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, bu kez de pilot ile hava trafik kontrol memuru ileti\u015fimini g\u00fcndeme getirdi\u011fi gibi, 1996\u2019da Yeni Delhi yak\u0131nlar\u0131ndaki iki u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n \u00e7arp\u0131\u015farak 349 ki\u015finin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcyle sonu\u00e7lanmas\u0131 da \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fma \u00f6nleyici bir teknolojinin geli\u015ftirilmesini zorunlu k\u0131lan iki vahim olay olarak tarihe ge\u00e7mi\u015f. Hava trafik kontrol\u00fcnden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n etraf\u0131ndaki hava trafi\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleyen bir sistem geli\u015ftiren Amerikan Federal Havac\u0131l\u0131k Dairesi, TCAS isimli \u00e7arp\u0131\u015fma \u00f6nleyici bu sistemi uygulamaya koydu.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_acil_cikislar\"><\/span><strong>2. Acil \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki u\u00e7aklarda yer alan koltuk d\u00fczeni, 1985\u2019te British Airtours havayolu \u015firketine ait Boeing 737 u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n, Uluslararas\u0131 Manchester Havaliman\u0131\u2019nda kalk\u0131\u015ftan hemen \u00f6nce alev almas\u0131 sonras\u0131nda tasarlanm\u0131\u015f. Konuyla ilgili ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapan Cranfield Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla u\u00e7akta olas\u0131 bir acil durum halinde en etkili \u015fekilde tahliye i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in hesaplan\u0131p tasarlan\u0131yor. \u00d6ncesinde ise koltuklar\u0131n aras\u0131nda yeterli bo\u015flu\u011fun olmamas\u0131, panik halinde kap\u0131larda olu\u015fan b\u00fcy\u00fck y\u0131\u011f\u0131lma, pek \u00e7ok insan\u0131n u\u00e7aktan \u00e7\u0131kamamas\u0131na neden oluyordu. Lockheed L-1011 TriStar, 1985\u2019te Dallas Forth Worth Havaliman\u0131\u2019na yakla\u015f\u0131rken f\u0131rt\u0131na sebebiyle d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Ayn\u0131 sebeple ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen pek \u00e7ok kaza gibi, pilotun i\u00e7ine girdi\u011fi r\u00fczg\u00e2r ak\u0131m\u0131 u\u00e7a\u011f\u0131n zemine do\u011fru itilmesine, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da kazaya neden oldu. 1993\u2019te Amerikan Federal Havac\u0131l\u0131k Dairesi, t\u00fcm t\u00fcrbin motorlu ticari u\u00e7aklar i\u00e7in r\u00fczg\u00e2r kesici koruyucu sistem zorunlulu\u011fu getirdi. Bu tarihten itibaren de s\u00f6z konusu sistemler giderek daha karma\u015f\u0131k ve koruyucu hale getirildi. Ne yaz\u0131k ki pek \u00e7ok geli\u015fmi\u015f hava radar\u0131n\u0131n hava durumundaki t\u00fcm k\u00f6t\u00fc tablolar\u0131 g\u00f6sterse de r\u00fczg\u00e2r kesme \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahip de\u011fil. \u015eiddetli bir yan r\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131n geldi\u011fini g\u00f6ren pilot, ini\u015f yerine r\u00fczg\u00e2r ge\u00e7ene dek havaliman\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde dola\u015fabilir veya ba\u015fka bir havaliman\u0131na ge\u00e7i\u015f yapabilir.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_zorlu_ortam_egitimleri\"><\/span><strong>4.
